Renew or Reserve a Book
How to Renew a Book
- Click on the Search Library Catalog icon in the lower right corner or here.
- Once you reach the site, you will see My Account in the upper right corner.
Click My Account to login. You will need your library card number and pin in order to login. From your Account Summary, you can see Charges, Messages, Items Out, Holds, and Your Lists.
- Items Checked Out: click to see all items you currently have checked out. Select the book you wish to renew, then click the button that says Renew Selected.
- Items can only be renewed two times.
- New books can NOT be renewed.
- DVD's can NOT be renewed.

How to Reserve a Book
Once you click on a title you would like to reserve on the Library Catalog, you are able to Place Hold, Add to Basket, or Add to Your List which will be found on the right side of the item.
Click Place Hold, and you will need to fill out the information required so you can choose where you would like to pick up your item, how you would like to be notified, and whether you would like to suspend the hold until a certain day. Once you are finished filling that out, press submit.
How to Request a
Book Purchase
To request a book, click here. Fill out the form and don't forget to check our Missouri Evergreen Catalog to see if you can find the book at a different library. There, you can look up the title to see whether it's at another library or not. If you do find the book, select Place Hold.
