Cover to Cover Adult Book Club - Meets monthly for a refreshing discussion of a novel with an occasional non-fiction title thrown in for fun. No vacancy as of right now, please call 417-468-3335 to check if there is a vacancy.
Keep Calm & Carry Yarn - Join a group of like-minded knitters and crocheters for an hour of friendship and community. Macrame, needle point and cross stitch welcome! Family Movie Day - Bring a blanket or pillow and be prepared to watch a movie with your family in the comfort of our awesome air conditioning! June 13th and July 12th at 10 am.

Lego Super Saturday – Join Ms. Leah for Lego Super Saturday to create, build and invent amazing Lego sculptures to display in the library.
Marty the Magician - Join us for a magical time! Get ready to be transported to a world of wonder and enchantment, and see what tricks Marty pulls out of his hat this summer! June 14th at 10 am.
Preschool Story Time – Join Ms. Leah every Monday and Wednesday at 10 am for stories, songs, and a craft perfect for kids up to 6 years old.
Reading Challenges - We love all the fun, but reading is our number one priority! There are several Reading Challenges that can accommodate everyone throughout the year. Summer Reading is “All Together Now” for libraries in June and July. Through the ever popular “Beanstack” app or “Beanstack” online, kids of all ages are able to earn prizes just by accomplishing their reading goal. Starts June 1st! Registration is required. S.T.E.A.M. Domino Effect - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math come alive with S.T.E.A.M. On! Grades 1st - 12th are welcome to participate monthly. Registration is required. Please visit the online calendar for registration.
Stuffed Animal Sleepover - Come dressed in your favorite pajamas and bring your favorite stuffed friend to the library! Miss Leah will have a sleepover themed storytime, and the stuffed friends will get to sleep over at the library! June 6th at 5 pm. Registration is required. Dickerson Park Zoo - Fur, feathers, and scales! Dickerson Park Zoo is bringing animals to the library! July 12th at 3 pm.
